Adlai brings over 27 years of leadership and training experience to his role as CEO of Path 2 Peak Training. As a retired Senior Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force, he spent 15 years preparing tens of thousands of logisticians to deploy to challenging and austere environments worldwide. This experience honed his expertise in leadership development, strategic planning, and team readiness under pressure.

Adlai academic credentials include a degree in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University and a master’s degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, further strengthening his ability to design and deliver impactful training programs tailored to the needs of modern organizations.
